What to include
- the e-mail address you used when buying;
- the book's title or the PDF's file name;
- your receipt e-mail or the payment reference from Tripay or Polar;
- a screenshot if something on the page or in the book looks wrong.
Common questions
Paid, but the book hasn't unlocked? Confirmation usually takes seconds: reload the book's page. If it's still locked after 15 minutes, write to us with your receipt.
No e-mail with the download link? Check your spam folder — or download the book from its page in the same browser, until 24 hours after conversion.
The book doesn't look right? Tell us which pages; if we can't fix it, you get a refund under our Terms of Use.
